and just incase everyone wondering "yes you CAN DANCE"
which means the scene police will be in effect tomorrow...
i don't even know if i can stand their version of the two step one more time
if anyone is going to this REMEMBER THE WAY YOU CAME IN AND THE DIRECTION YOU NEED TO LEAVE IN, it is very easy to get lost leaving this place after being there for 3 or 4 hours. i work for NH Booking, so I will be there.
If anyone doesn't like The Number Twelve Looks Like You or Daughters, you don't appreciate good music. If you just stop being close-minded assholes for a while and listen to the intricate guitar, then maybe you'll have the balls to go to one of their shows and enjoy the crazy-bastard music.
You probably have a dumb haircut and/or neckbeard.

One of the guitarists of #12 knows what he's doing. Guy has really efficient technique. I don' t know. As a band, they don't really do much for me. Not terrible, not great though. Meh.
Oh, and I don't think the guitar is really intricate. Arrangements are pretty simple techy stuff with the occasional nod to classic metal.
man, the one summer i spent in the NJ scene consisted of #12 being on every fuckin show i went to...and i went to one like every week. I dont really feel anything about them. I chalk it up to over exposure. Heh, it was funny, a couple weeks ago i wasi n NJ for thanksgiving and my aunt takes me and the woman out for breakfast at a diner and lo and behold, one of the singers walks in and eats. Run ins like that happen occasionally when i'm home, being that they're from the same town i stay in whenever i'm there.
