| This show was exactly what a show like this should be. I'm often reminded of just how lucky when are being from new england. We rule. This show ruled and it was absolutely amazing that all the kids who came out, came out. Funny how many people that barely existed in 1992 so don't even ask about 1982. In 1982, I was learning to write for the first time and writing stories about my cats and illustrations so bad they would give maddox a boner . This show was so good and the perfect ending to a summer, a month, and a weekend of crucial shows. Anyhow, bed time... but first NEGATIVE FX AND SSD do a show with DYS please. That is all. | |

Yes, I really want to eat pizza during their set, but I would have thrown up. I didn't think about it. Weird, this is the third time (break it up, drugtest, now hammer bros) that I've seen one of josh's big and popular bands doing a big old break up show. For a decade or more, I've been going to his shows and seeing his bands. Makes me wonder what his next musical en devour will be. I assure you that in a couple years when Hammer Bros does a reunion shows, a lot more people in them. That's what happens.
This show was also a celebration of anchors up. It's been around for 2 years! Hosting some of the best shows. Here's to many many more years of shows.

| Long day, much rain and many pictures. It's like Worcester was transplanted to Boston for the day. And what a day it was. During the daylight hours, I walked around that block. I saw old homes with herb gardens and PEOPLE PLAYING ULTIMATE FRISBEE! How white. I'm also pretty sure that I'm going to trying to shoot more shows at the midway. It was very easy to take pictures there AND the pictures looked good on my camera. If you don't know any of these pictures, go to the Scaphism ones and enjoy the cupcakes.

First off all the bands sounded awesome at this show. It was the best I've heard the cro-mags sounding yet. And thank you to Miss of Arabia, DJ, and Hourclass Tattoo. Here's to the middle east doing more of these shows too. No stage diving, but the kids got to mosh til their hearts were content. And to the C in COA, we hope that everything turns out for the best and works out quickly for you. Otherwise, BHC will be a lot less HC.

Wow, what a show. There were basically 2 headlining bands. Don't let the second position on the bill fool you, Megadeth's set is long and does not disappoint. Give them 45 minutes (or in this case 80 minutes) and they will wow you... I have a feeling this hot new band Megadeth has a real future to look forward to.
Anyone out there who doesn't go see this needs to be stoned, drown, beaten, and eaten. So many different metal heads make the annual pilgrimage to which ever metal mecca tour slayer comes around in. There is a reason that slayer is the biggest metal band that people should care about.

| My first through with the heat and fear of being kicked was how much I missed a good Anchors up show. There is almost nothing like it in the world. You feel like you are going to die for most of the bands, but you really don't care. And in between the bands it looks like everyone got rained on. This show delivered in spades. The humidity was like this. Even Dan from futurebreed was dripping with sweat. Oh and if you are wondering what happened to Richard Alpert after he left the island, here you go | |
