My birthday is Dec. 15th, and growing up some people would pull the "one present for both" shit. I hated it. When you're a kid, you don't really understand why that gets done to you.

Getting a XMas card in the mail and seeing that the person wrote: "Happy Birthday & Merry Christmas!".
