umm... long story... but, i basically got a "mini" promotion so i'm in charge of more departments, but i've fallen behind since what i got was just a fucking mess... and my raise was pro-rated since i was only in the position for 3 months out of the fiscal year... but i'm going to give it to the end of the year and then try for another promotion for a better position.
