The three creature action figures were definitely pretty popular but with Earth Corps could totally fuck off. I used to snap the head off of my Metlar action figure all of the time and my dad used to have to glue it back on. D'compose ruled because I could hold my G.I. Joe's captive behind his rib cages and then of course there was Tendril. His character was inspired by Cthulhu, so that alone should speak volumes for how awesome these action figures were. The T.V. series was pretty violent and touched upon some pretty thought provoking subjects for being a kids series, such as politics, biology, and ancient civilizations.
