I don't know what that is supposed to mean. The FCC's job is to ensure that two frequencies are not being used at the same time or are too close to each other. They are supposed to regulate the industry, not content. We can argue over whether they should regulate content but that was never their original job. I understand that they have grown, however, it does seem that they have overstepped their boundaries. If we are going down that path, it does seem that the fairness doctrine would come into play: if you can regulate content (the arguement being that you need to look out for the welfare of the listeners) then many opposing points of view need to represented equally in all markets to ensure that people are receiving many different perspectives to not get an over abundance of one. Fart fart fart, poopoo.
