Of course I'm near broke right now, but this is a long-term goal. I know it's a long stretch, but I'm talking to some of my friends about it and it is an idea that could eventually be accomplished down the line. Question is though, as far as real estate goes, what the cheapest/most convienent area would be for shows. I think it would be awesome to have a solid bar that's mostly dedicated to metal with all types of beer. Anyone down with this or have any recommendations?
