(PS: to all the vegetarian/vegan haters, did it ever occur to you we might find this FUN? I never cooked for myself before I stopped eating meat, now I'm not too lazy to do it and I'm having a blast trying new things and cooking for myself.)

I've noticed that vegans/vegitarians are the best cooks. When I was in California for a week I had some of the most amazing homecooked meals of my life and they were all vegitarian. Not vegan, though, this guy couldn't live without cheese.
