Yeah. I went into an organic grocery store the other day that had a pretty limited selection(I would have to drive 20 minutes to Providence to get to the nearest Whole Foods) and I didn't buy a lot but wound up spending almost 30 bucks. I'm guessing that had just as much to do with the place being a small business. I do dig tofu a lot though, haven't had seitan before but am interested in trying it, I've seen it used in some recipe for fake Italian beef sandwiches or something like that.

I didn't understand why someone would want to stop eating meat for the longest time ever, but the first time I actually tried to do it, while I only lasted a week and a half, I realized just how much food I'd overlook and how meat was basically everywhere. It gets disturbing to think of the mass quantities of animals being raised into slaughter after a while for that. There are probably more animals killed in a day than a regular hunter could kill in a decade, if I had to guess.
