Yeah both words work perfectly fine. Being effected by a bomb scare (having a highway shut down, having your work evacuated), makes just as much sense as being affected by a bomb scare (having a bomb scare express a fondness for you, or having a bomb scare do an impression of you). Makes a ton of sense. How much do you charge for tutoring sessions?
