i can get 28hz out of this set up at 110db. i'll be upgrading to 2 410 HLFs which will give me 26hz at 120db.

Not that it will make much of a perceptable difference. To the best of my knowledge, low B on a bass guitar is well above 28Hz. Either way, if you want really tight low end you should consider a cab with 15 or 18 inch speaker(s) in it.
