Not to argue about it but it was confirmed on the radio show by a rep from one of the milk companies that it is procedure for the milk to run through and extra purification before being danced upon by a rabbi... but then again the guys on the radio and the rep could be complete idiots.. oh well...

I doubt Kosher for passover has anything to do with cleaning or purifying, it's probably the same procedure except for the part where a Rabbi comes in and does a goofy dance for God's blessing.
