Old. The old "laws" were laws of the Jews not of God. Those stupid man-made "laws" are just stupid and no one expects them to be followed. They are the laws of their God though if they actually follow the Pentateuch, which all Jews should. I just think it's funny that people always seem to pick and choose what rules to follow. Most somewhat religious Jews will be be kosher to the letter, but pretty much ignore everything else in the OT, when being kosher is just as much out of date as avoiding women during their menstrual cycle.
